- Research, evaluate, and recommend responses to USN Program Offices regarding foreign country requests for USN decommissioned ships, hardware, software, training and technical data
- Provide liaison between equipment refurbishment/overhaul activities, design agents and the in-service engineering agents to support resolution of foreign customer engineering, technical, interface or logistics problems
- Coordinate the release of technical data to foreign countries
- Assist in FMS case development, acquisition, and case closure reconciliation efforts
- Conduct reviews of Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) export license applications for USN program offices to ensure protection of key technologies while facilitating transferable technologies
